IS JESUS CHRIST OF NAZARETH A MYTH?

IS JESUS CHRIST A MYTH?????

There are countless ungodly, faithless historians that have accumulated and shared lots of facts in order to either hide or distort the truth about the Lord Jesus Christ. With the advent of the video clip, the enemy is sending forth a subtle and at times a quite blatant message that the story of Jesus Christ is a fabrication, just because a similar story can be found in Egyptian, Greek or Roman mythology. What intellectual fools!

As the scriptures reveal, real  truth  about the gospel is foolishness to the intelligent who believe themselves to be  so wise and God Himself will cause them to believe what their finite frontal lobes  are too small to apprehend about either Him or His adversary, the devil.

Okay. Let’s keep it real and simple for those of us who need a no brainer. Who is behind mythology? the devil. When did the devil find out about the Son of God bruising his head? He found out in the garden as depicted in Genesis 3. So—it is obvious. The devil planted similar stories about the Lord in various Egyptian, Hindu, Greek and Roman mythologies so that intelligent fools would come along in OUR times and say “Look yall, the bible stole from the Egyptians, the Greeks and the Romans”, all to underhandedly  discredit the bible and the power of the cross and the resurrection.

Well, it just won’t work with me.

You see, I was a myth buster from the time I was three  and told my family on Christmas Day, “there is no such thing as Santa cause all of YOU brought me these gifts. I don’t believe in reindeer, elves or none a dat stuff.”

I carried my childhood  cynicism into my adult life. I said “there is no such thing as heaven or hell. So let  me live fast, die young and look good in my coffin. Jesus is a figment of the white man’s imagination to keep my black people in bondage, so in slavery times, they sold us a bill a goods to keep us passive. Then again, if God exists, and I don’t believe He does by the way—I really don’t care because the world is in such a mess, so He must not know what He is doing. Anyway, I prefer to go to hell cause heaven is too boring for me. I don’t want to sit around all day, playing a harp on  no cloud!”

Now people, with a mindset like THAT, HOW do you suppose someone  like me got born again?

I had never been to church in 33 years, never read the bible, could not stand religious people so I shunned them like the plague, never handed a tract and immediately turned Billy Graham off the TV once I heard his voice or saw his face! I was a myth buster!!! So how did it happen?

Born Again on Monday, 3/29/77 at 4pm

Not to keep you in suspense, I had a Damascus Road experience, spiritually knocked off of my high horse by the Holy Ghost.  He made Jesus real to me in such a way that my myth bustin, atheistic, faithless  days were shot to hell!!!!!!!!

A message from Pam: BE SET FREE FROM DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES!

What I have been running into is that there are many people out there who need DELIVERANCE FROM DELIVERANCE MINISTRIES—– FOR THERE IS MUCH “QUACKERY AND NONSENSE” GOING ON.  Uninformed deliverance workers may be the root cause of the severity of your present bondage and/or torment.  It is a sin and a shame!!! Deliverance from deliverance  is what you need.

The purpose of ministering deliverance is to set free those who are in bondage. As Jesus was sent forth to preach deliverance to the captives (Luke 4:18, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to… preach deliverance to the captives…”), so we are also sent out (John 20:21, “Then said Jesus to them… as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.”) to do the works He did (John 14:12, “He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also…”), and this includes casting out of devils (Matthew 10:8).

The ministry of deliverance is about bringing spiritual victory and freedom to those who are in bondage to devils and demons. It doesn’t matter what you call it (demonized, possessed, oppressed, etc.), if you are in demonic bondage, whether you need to tear down a stronghold, break up a legal ground, cast a demon out, or all three… it’s still deliverance, because it’s setting the captives free. There are 5 important elements of this ministry. I  train my deliverance ministers to be  knowledgeable of all 5 elements so that they are  prepared to address them without hesitation:

Casting Down Imaginations by Receiving Truth: Setting captives free is more about getting them to receive the truth than it is about  commanding demons to come out. This is a grave mistake that causes a lot of people to walk away from a deliverance still in bondage. There is more to it than simply casting out demons. In Luke 9:42, we are told a story of how Jesus not only rebuked demons in a boy who was mentally affected by evil spirits, but also is said to have healed the boy. There is no mention of the boy needing physical healing, but if you look up the word healed in this passage, one of the meanings is, “to free from errors and sins…”, which is likely what Jesus did with the boy, Jesus removed the boy’s legal grounds (sins) and freed him from errors (strongholds). This case of deliverance required more than just rebuking demons!

I myself had a spirit of divination which is a demon.  However, no one ever cast it from me and I never cast it from myself.  I simply received the truth and cancelled my desire to know the future but to simply walk by faith and not by sight. Truth MADE me free.  Crucifying my flesh in the area of desiring supernatural power  to know and predict the future MADE me free.

Tearing down strongholds: Strongholds are people, places and things  that have obtained control in your life, one way or the other and are often set up and nurtured by demons through lies and deception.  For example, if you were raped or had a frightening, unexpected car accident, a stronghold of fear was established IN you by a demon. Demons thrive on strongholds, and use them to hang around a person and torment them. Failing to tear down strongholds can hold up a deliverance and prevent us from walking in complete spiritual freedom.

Removing legal rights: Legal rights are things that give demons permission to enter and remain in our lives. Before demons can often be cast out, it is important to address and remove these legal rights.  Failing to remove legal rights can hold up a deliverance very easily. Demons receive legal rights not so much because of what other’s have done but because of what YOU ignorantly did to invite them in.  You need to understand HOW you invited them in BEFORE an entity is confronted, or the demon will trick you into inviting him back!

Closing Demonic Doorways: Demons enter the soul through 7 doorways or gateways. We determine through a process of inquiry, which doorway is open: the crown, the third eye, the throat, the heart, the navel, the sex organs or the anus. We also determine what demons need to be cast out.

Casting out the demons: This requires two basic elements: knowledge of your authority in Christ Jesus over the powers of the enemy, and faith in that authority. Demons are cast out with a simple spoken command, such as, “I command the spirit of fear to come out in the name of Jesus!” We ask those we work with to complete a deliverance questionnaire called the DAF, Deliverance Assessment Form  that will give us an overview of their background, the bondages they are facing, the root or source of their problem, as well as legal grounds, strongholds and any particular spirits that need to be addressed. Then we begin to work with them to break up any legal grounds, and tear down any strongholds together we  see in your  life and of course, cast out any demons that need to go. If it takes more than 15 minutes, which includes the prayer, to cast out a demon, either there is no demon there or the preliminary work was not completely done.  If you have rolled around the floor in a deliverance session for hours or days, all you did was pick up MORE demons.

There are also times when even  the most talented people do not know how to move beyond certain obstacles on their own.  Coping skills can become  overwhelmed and faith can be weakened.  This happens to all of us at some point in our spiritual walk.  Yet it takes a special kind of

The first demon I cast out was in 1983.

courage for you to seek  help now.  You don’t have to wait another minute to receive the help you deserve! For years, I provided  face-to-face therapy sessions within my own community.  However, I must say that  the convenience and availability of  phone counseling and deliverance mentoring  is convenient for me also in numerous ways..  Since December 2002, I  have offered online counseling and therapy by phone and have been astounded at the results clients have achieved.  You too can be a true believer in the benefits of phone  counseling and mentoring sessions.

Phone counseling, training or mentoring will help you with your problem and there are many other benefits to consider as well.  So—

Here are some practical ways to start the process of ridding yourself of demonic captivity by casting down imaginations and every high thing that would exalt itself above the knowledge of Christ and bringing every thought into obedience to Him:

    • Your Attitude Toward the Past: You should have no regrets or brooding over things done and undone.  To avoid an evil kind of thinking that leads to brooding, you must learn to discern for yourself if you are simply “thinking” or if you are being drawn into a state of regretting or brooding by the demon that is assigned to YOU. If you are to overcome, you need to know that success at   being set free requires victory over the past, in spite of all your failures that the enemy helps you to list and record in your mind.  Your failures should be dealt with on the basis of I John 1:9.
    • Your Attitude Toward the Future:  You must concentrate on the Lord’s own words by “taking no thought for tomorrow.”  Not that you should not think about or even make future plans, but you should be careful not to fall victim to trying to make up in the future for sins of the past that already have been forgiven by God.  Once a sin has been repented of, cleansing will occur when you can forget what is behind and press toward the future that is God’s plan for the rest of your life.
    • Your Attitude Toward Devils and Demons: You should be trained to discern your own thoughts from those implanted into your mind by spirit entities.  You should realize that only the Lord knows your heart and that demons cannot read your mind.  Demons know only the thoughts that THEY have successfully planted into your mind–thoughts that you have received as your own because of the nature of your deception.  Remember this.  “He that doeth the truth, cometh to the light.”  (John 3:21)
    • Your Attitude Toward the Present Moment:  Doubt can be a good thing, particularly when those fictitious foundations upon which you have built up your pride system become shaky.  Doubt of this kind can lead to sincere humility.  God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.  Against the enemy, your best weapon is God’s grace.  Your worst mistake in judgment is your assumption that because you profess to be a Christian, that God will protect you from being deceived.  Not so.  It is God Himself who has released strong delusion in our times.  So deception is a matter of course.  God has given us the weapons and the tools to be un-deceived.  Your best weapon is to look around you, and allow your doubt to assist you to question EVERYTHING!
Sheppard’s Counseling Center sets captives free!

Prison bars and walls in the spirit are a lot stronger and several times more sophisticated than they were in the days of Paul and Silas.  In this present complicated age of the 21st century, what we do at Sheppard Counseling Center is investigate, observe and interpret our findings.  The purpose of investigation is to unravel confusion and to unfold the mystery by searching for repetitive themes.  Through concentrated and intelligent inquiry, we gather the clues as to the hidden reason behind your captivity. Demons do their damage by invitation.  We need to find out how you made the invitation to them, and what you must do to rescind it. We also use our knowledge of personality disorders to ascertain the various strategies that your particular personality type will employ to resist your own freedom. We do not waste time on people who use all of their energies to hide crucial things from us or those who become hostile because they are threatened by any real discovery.

We offered you in this post some sound advice on how to begin the process of self deliverance.  If you need our help, call us at 518-477-5759. The lines are open.

PROFILE OF A CONTROL FREAK Part 1

deliverance mentoring, demonic influence, Pam Sheppard, religious demons

Paul taught the Galatians that witchcraft and idolatry are “works of the flesh.” A work of the flesh is simply a character flaw of the old sin nature BEFORE Christ that lingers on if the person does not submit him or herself to the cross. To submit to the cross is to allow the Holy Spirit to progressively break you in both your personality and your character traits. So what does this mean, exactly. Does it mean that demons are not involved in a “work of the flesh?” Absolutely not. Witchcraft and idolatry are demonic practices. What it DOES mean is that people who have witchcraft in them as a work of the flesh—a personality flaw— are more susceptible to demonic influence, particularly religious demons and devils.

I have witnessed too many manifestations of evil spirits in ALL of the works of the flesh, so clearly there are two definitions of witchcraft and idolatry. Where a work of the flesh is a personality type that is predisposed to demonic involvement, the actual act of witchcraft and idolatry are demonic practices. When demons are looking for “human workers” to implement their agenda, they target people who already have witchcraft and idolatry built into their persona as “a work of the flesh.”Along these lines, the witchcraft demon is attracted to a person with a soul that is predisposed to to the three (3) “P”s of position, prestige and power. Those who wish to dominate, to acquire fame and prominence, can become a safe haven for the witchcraft demon.

In such cases, the captive’s own personality will be a secure place in which demons of a similar nature will be able to hide and secretly function. This is because no one will suspect that the captive’s ambitious striving for control and domination is demonic because the captive has continued to demonstrate over time a steady pattern that propels them to seek power. Consequently, everyone just assumes that the captive is simply being true to his nature or character and therefore, doesn’t have a demon. The witchcraft demon will also hide within weaker personalities.

For example, there are those who wear a facade of false humility, who appear to be very self-effacing and passive. However, deep within his or her soul is a striving to “be somebody.” People with this kind of soul will offer up many testimonies of their inadequacies and their lack of ambition, yet when confronted, they will show in their actions that they are not at all convinced of their own unworthiness. In fact, when there is even a minor concern or question about their actions or motives in a particular situation, they will become extremely defensive and resentful. If others show a tendency to take their self-belittling attitude and recriminations seriously, a seething anger may erupt that is out of balance and extreme. For instance, while the so-called “humble” will proclaim their unworthiness, a witchcraft demon will cause them to make great demands for consideration and admiration from others. The witchcraft spirit will rise up and expose itself in these “low key” people, presenting a strong unwillingness to accept even the slightest degree of criticism.

You will find many people like this among professing Christians.  They are passive on the outside but inside, they are seething, ravenous wolves who will use a humble demeanor and manner as a weapon to bring others down.  Repressed anger and envy has opened passive-aggressive people to a religious demon. In such cases, passivity masquerades and humility. The inner hostilities are hidden from view by a veneer of a pretended politeness, feigned fair play and an appearance of good fellowship.  This “front” is a coverup used in subtle ways to move against perceived enemies in an effort to shame others with their “nice” behavior.  The facade consists of pretenses, hidden fears and some genuine caring mixed in with an ability to make YOU look bad in comparison to THEM.

If you have been oppressed by a significant other’s controlling influence, deliverance mentoring is for you.  Call 518-477-5759

Your Passive Personality will Feed the Religious Demon!!!

charismatic witchcraft, deliverance mentoring, Pam Sheppard, Pamela Sheppard, passive personality, religious demons and passivity

Minister Marlene

Passive personalities have a unscriptual understanding of what it means to be a peacemaker. They deny their own anger, and pretend everything is O.K. When we are passive, and believe that to be a Christian means to be a doormat, the religious demon moves in. Why does the religious demon gain a foothold? Pam Sheppard is not only the expert on the topic, but she has written a book called ” Faces of the Religious Demon” that covers all in detail.

According to Pam Sheppard, the religious demon causes passive spirits to become spiritually crippled in regards to taking a stand against principalities and powers. I can certainly attest to and understand what Pam is referring to. If you can’t take a stand against other Christians who  are obviously  pushing you around, and taking advantage of you, something is wrong. How on earth will you be able to confront demons?

10/25/11 Thirty years a Minister and 38 years experience in deliverance ministry

When Christian leaders are allowed to vent their unholy appetites in the organized church, because their passive followers are too weak to confront them…Houston we have a problem! Those who are passive personalities, because of a distorted and unscriptural understanding of the Gospel, are fodder for the religious demon. How so? Tell me why pastors who abuse children sexually in church get away with it? Tell me why pastors who commit crimes, get convicted but still keep a large following in tow. On all points, a religious demon is at work in passive personalities that cause souls to be lost.

Tell me why Christian leaders who are tyrants and bullies, leave a trail of passive personalities quivering in their boots? Such personalities are ready to throw even children under a bus, to please the pastor. And also tell me why Christian leaders who are sincere, and God sent, have to put up with passive personalities walking about on egg shells, afraid to do the work they themselves were called to.

I’m not a stranger to such behaviors myself, but I can tell you this: those days are long since gone for me. Passivity, a passive personality, and a uncriptual understanding of what it means to be a peacemaker, will usher you right into hell. The person  you’ve allowed to abuse you may just end up in some flames too. Case in point, before I was totally freed in Christ, I had to let go of a so-called Christian who I thought was like a mother to me. Well, she was no such thing but a witch in sheep’s clothing. Doing her word of faith thing, and her witchcraft thing all at the same time. And as abusive and caustic  as powdered lye. Always ready with a sharp put down, and torments reminding me of my past history of child abuse and addictions.

A few weeks before I got truly saved, I dreamt that this woman was in my car, in the driver’s seat, I sat in the back, and the woman was driving like a wild women. I found an interesting excerpt today by Pam Sheppard’s book ” Faces of the Religious Demon”, that gave the same meaning I got in reference to this dream. This woman had taken charge of my very soul.

On page 207 of the groundbreaking textbook ” Faces of the Religious Demon” Pam Sheppard writes in reference to personality types that religious demons gain power from:

Faces of the Religious Demon By Pam Sheppard

Pam Sheppard writes:

In each personality type there will be Christians who have not rightly divided the word of God relative to being  a peacemaker, where forgiveness and meekness are taken for weakness. Acclimated to the general role of peacemaker, captives may live a life of pretense, where they habitually hide and deny justifiable hostility and anger so as to turn the other cheek ” religiosity “.

In this regard, the religious demon will cause passive saints to become spiritually crippled in their counterfeit moral purity, predisposing to a shrinking process that stifles their ability to strike back–not so much at people who have wronged them, but for taking a stand against principalities and powers. They end up feeling like one of my clients who dreamed she was the back seat driver in her own car, and the person whom the Jezebel spirit has manipulated to keep the client in captivity was metaphorically ” behind the wheel ” of her very soul.

10/25/11 Thirty years a Minister and 38 years experience in deliverance ministry-call now (518)477-5759

Do you see that. Do you see what Pam said. In my dream, this so-called Christian controlling, abusive, caustic person was driving my car. She was a Christian who I tolerated because I had been living a life of pretense, hiding justifiable anger. I had allowed this woman to get ” behind the wheel ” of my very soul. This gave the religious demon power to afflict me. The day I broke the bondage of passivity I heard the Lord say, whom the Son sets free is free indeed. We can’t be free and passive at the same time. God needs soldiers! Doormats can’t fight demons.

A passive personality invites religious demons. Passivity and counterfeit love (term coined by Pam) are pretense, if your angry your angry.  Pretending not to be angry is a counterfeit emotion. If we are such passive personalities, that we can’t deal with onslaughts and abuse upon our own person, what then? Can God use a passive personality? Or will your passive personality better serve the purposes of the religious demon?

Pam Sheppard has over 38 years experience as a pastor, and a deliverance counselor. She’s an expert on the topic of deliverance. If you need deliverance from passivity, and allowing yourself to be abused, call her. If you need deliverance from allowing the organized church, and abrasive Christian leaders  to dog you out, call her. If you need deliverance of any kind, even if you just need to talk, call Pam. The phone lines are open, and her team of supervised deliverance mentors are waiting to serve you. 38 years is a long, long time. This fact alone should spur you to make that call Now! (518)477-5759

Deliverance Ministry? I Never Heard of it

Minister Marlene

Deliverance ministry? I never heard of it. I never heard of it in the churches I was in. I think you know what I’m talking about. Here’s a scenario: You go to a church, you’re a recovering drug addict, a recovering alcoholic, or suffer from clinical depression. You may still be drinking, drugging, and as depressed as a wild bird in a tiny gilded cage. But you desperately want to get free.

You get into a church and tell your story, folks look at you like you came from Mars. Then they keep telling you to ” stand on the word “.

You are newcomer in church, and have absolutely no idea what that means. You’re looking for deliverance, but the pastor has no real clue, as to what you’re talking about. And you better not have any kind of crisis in church, folks will creep backwards towards the emergency exit. The pastor will nervously give you a referral to AA or a psychiatrist .Deliverance ministry is not on the churches menu of services. You are up the creek without a paddle, cast back into world to get secular help.

You wonder about Jesus, and how he cast out demons. You have the sense to know, that yours is not their regular case. Everyone in the church pretends that demons don’t exist. When you say Jesus cast them out, so they must exist. The pastor tells you you’re a radical. The pastor tells you we don’t do that here. We don’t specialize in deliverance ministry. You wonder, what kind of pastor is this?

10/25/11 Thirty years a Minister and 38 years experience as a licensed therapist. In deliverance since 1983,Pam Sheppard knows exactly how to help you. Call (518)477-5759 for immediate help.

The pastor doesn’t cast out demons, or deal with demonic afflictions. Say what? To add insult to injury, he doesn’t know anyone involved in deliverance ministry. There you are, a newbie in church, with demons riding your back like a pack of monkeys. The people who are supposed to know all about deliverance haven’t got a clue. You just make them nervous. So you sit in the church for 50 years, go to the counselor and take the pills. And since you also have the drinking problem, you become a lifelong member in AA for 50 years. You wonder, where is my victory in Christ? I’m worst than I was before I got in this church.
Does this scenario sound familiar? Enter Pamela Sheppard…
Pam Sheppard made this statement in a recent article…
Pam writes: If the deceived and bound have not heard it already, they will hear the Lord say ” I never knew you “. And the fault will be that of the ministers who are complicating the simplicity of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Through what I am learning as I practice my profession of counseling, obviously the church models of today aren’t working. When people can sit in church and listen to sermon after sermon for 50 years and still not be saved, organized church is not working…..when captives can go to their pastor seeking relief from bondage only to hear ” stand on the word”–a word that neither the pastor or captive understands…it is NOT working.
My friends, call the number now. Church is just not working. You know it, and I know it. If your ready to get off the pretense and folly of churches that just don’t or won’t teach the Gospel in its entirety, and are in denial about the obvious wiles of the devil, call Pam now. If your suffering from any type of affliction, or bondage call Pam now. You’ll finally be talking to someone who truly does what Jesus did. Pam Sheppard is a specialist in deliverance counseling. The phone number for immediate help and assistance is (518) 477-5759. The phone lines are open.
P.S. This article may seem quite funny to you. Well, I was the person in church for years suffering from depression, which is a spirit. I finally just decided to believe Jesus, and ignore the organized church. I cast that spirit from myself in Jesus’s name.. I also had a drug problem. I was not a drinker though. The above story is just an illustration. But the theme was the same for me. I was in a church where the pastor thought casting out demons was radical, he also had no one he could refer me to. The article probably has a touch of humor, simply because I’m too too delighted to be in training for deliverance ministry under Pam Sheppard. She developed her own deliverance model of cursing the very root of demonic affliction and possession. By the time she finishes with you you’ll be straight and free, if that is your true desire.

Religious Demon? How to Recognize a Religious Demon

Minister Marlene

Religious demon is not a new fangled term. Well known Christian authors like Derek Prince and Rick Joyner have used this term initially. But Pam Sheppard has taken their teachings to a higher more advanced level. She has done extensive research, and exposes exactly who, and what a religious demon is. In her ground breaking book, ” Faces of the Religious Demon” she ushers us into a full scale describtion of the scope and funtion of religious demons in the organized church.

Unfortunately, the church as a whole, shuns the fact that demons exist and operate today. This is grave errror! In fact, as Pam relates, religious demons have entered into the church. Well meaning deliverance ministers, are limited in knowledge. At best they may be able to cast out demons, but are too often unskilled at accomplishing total deliverance for captives. Demons often return to victims with a vengeance. The word of God refers to this, for we know that when a house is swept clean, demons can, and will find another door of entry.
Pam Sheppard: Author of ” Faces of the Religious Demon “

I now offer you an excerpt from Pam’s groundbreaking text, ” Faces of the Religious Demon “…

Pam Sheppard writes:

The first time I personally heard the term ” religious spirit ” or ” religious demon ” was in a prophecy I received in 1983. In this word, I was given a spiritual warfare assigment against 7 high ranking fallen angels that I began to refer to as ” The Seven Walls”, with the religious devil  as wall number 5 in the list: alchohol and drugs, homosexuality, prostitution, witchcraft, the religious spirit, prejudice and poverty. To walk in darkness is to give the religious demon an unholy advantage where he will enter into both spiritual and man made temples, and through a blasphemous masquerade, attempt to exalt himself above God. When the demon is able to enter into a Christian temple of either flesh or brick and subsequently obtain worship for itself through fraudulence and deceit, this is truly an abomination of desolation (Daniel 11:36).

My dear readers you ought to get a copy of Pam’s book. I can attest to what Pam is describing. Why? Because I have read the whole book , and can now understand much of what she expounds on regarding the religious demon. A religious demon will display some of the following traits:

A. Unknown tongues with no translation
B. Religiosity and odd extremes
C. Slain in the spirit which is unscriptural
D. Divination under the guise of prophecy
E. Repetiton of the abominable sinners prayers. i.e ” I accept Jesus ” or ” Jesus come into my heart “
As you can see, a religious demon is an abominable desolation indeed, and displays a carnal, fleshly worship that has nothing to do with God or Jesus Christ of Nazareth.

Paul wrote to the Romans, “be not conformed to THIS world but be transformed by the renewing of the mind so that you can prove the perfect will of God for your life.” He also warned the Corinthians about casting down imaginations and thoughts  that could exalt themselves ABOVE the knowlege of God. Paul implied that  all thoughts could be “captured” and brought into obedience to the will of God. We know the general will of God from His word.  However, it is the Holy Ghost Who provides the direction of our individual lives   once our minds have been renewed.

Therefore, a renewed mind precedes knowing what God’s will for US is.

So I suggest to you that discovering the will of God for your life involves a renewal. There are some key points that I would like to underscore:

  • We are what we THINK we are.  Our thoughts have power to draw both evil and godly energy.  If we have practiced negative self talk, in the same manner, we should consciously practice godly self talk.  Godly thought will bring about godly talk. Godly talk will bring forth the fruits of victory in casting down evil thoughts.
  •
  • A part of renewing the soul is to learn how to deal with what is uncomfortable.  Walking on the sands of  a beautiful  beach on a hot sunny day has its comforts and delights.  However,if  the sand is very “hot,”  it is difficult to walk on it.  Struggles and failures supply the necessary preparation to learn how to “walk on hot sand.”.
  •
  • Where deliverance from demonic oppression is concerned, torment can be a blessing.  Torment wipes out the delusion that “all is well” and knocks off the rose colored glasses. The tormented one is pressured to search for answers and solutions—something that he would not have even considered if he had not desperately sought release from the torment.
  • Anyone who makes desicions either by the influence of an unrenewed mind or emotions is usually weak in his or her will.  The will is the organ that examines, distinguishes, judges and makes decisions based upon the information received from the mind and the emotions.
  • Choices can often be longlasting and unchangeable. We can make the choice but we cannot choose the outcome or the repercussion. In other words, we can choose to sin but we cannot choose the wages of that sin.
  • One of the fallacies is that we assume that we have time to change.  When physical death appears to be “far off,” our will power tends to procrastinate and take chances.  However, when death is a daily reality, we learn to live and make choices that prolong our days.

Once we discover what we need to learn about our own inner struggles, there are other people who will need our testimony and our influence so that that too can be victorious.  A major purpose of struggling is that we can become consolers of those who are struggling in those areas where we have become triumphant.  By planting new seeds of power into our minds, old patterns and habits will be destroyed by the resurrection power of the Holy Ghose.  In a symbolic  context, the seeds are as Jesus said. They are the words of  fruitbaring power.

There is a trained minister with a testimony of "How I Walked on Hot Sand," waiting to mentor YOU

At Sheppard’s Counseling Center, ministers are trained in a unique deliverance mentoring  program called SEW, Spiritual Empowerment Workshop.  These are ministers who have overcome torment, walked on hot sand, and survived.  From domestic violence, to rape, to incest, to alcoholism,  to parents and grandparents who were practicing witchcraft, these men and women have walked on hot sand and survived.  They have a testimony that you need. If you could benefit from their testimony, leave a comment on this post, visit www.pamsheppard.com/online_ministers_available, send a facebook message to www.facebook.com/pamela.sheppard911 or call 518-522-5461

Minister Marlene

Domestic violence is rarely handled effectively by the church. Shame and blame is often cast upon the backs of women who are victims. This is last of a series, on what women can do if pastors or Christian leaders give off color advice, such as advising victims to obey their husbands. But God supports your decision to leave violent abusers. Psalm 19:48 says that you have been delivered from the violent man. Why would God want you to stay in a violent, domestic violence household.

I’ve been in a domestic violence situation, and I can tell you this: Jesus Christ of Nazareth ,did not die on the cross for God’s daughters would remain in bondage to violence. If the Son has truly set you free, you are free indeed. Good Christian men exist, the violent man is an exception. You can learn to forgive your husband, or the one who is inflicting violence upon you. But first and foremost—-Get yourself and children to SAFTY. Go to http://www.pamsheppard.com/online_ministers_available

Pam Sheppard has over 25 years pastorial experience, and her expertise in deliverance counseling is second to none. Her team of deliverance ministers are waiting now to advice and support you. You will need expert support, and guidance in making your exit to safety.Domestic violence can cause you to lose your life. Those with no experience, will have you engaging in talk therapy. You need to take immediate action.

The devil will put strongholds meant to stop you from taking authority by helping yourself. Don’t feel ashamed. Only feel shame, if you are a person with no intentions of helping yourself and children.

Last, but not least, don’t be fooled by a violent man’s promise to change. He will promise you the moon, but the next time he abuses, you could end up dead. Abusers blow hot air, and lie. Remember that domestic violence is a crime punishable by law.

The Christian women’s answer to domestic violence puts you in charge. Abusers will not change unless you give them a reason to you. If you stay you give a silent message that violence on your person is acceptable. God’s helping hands can’t embrace you fully, if your living in sin. It is a sin to put yourself and your children in harms way. Also, by continuing to live with violent spouses you hold up their salvation, and your own. If you stay, your going against God’s las of love.

The does heal relationships. God is in the business of restoration. But your only concern should be to protect yourself, and the children God has entrusted to you.

We’re waiting for your call, and we’re waiting to help right now.

Pam Sheppard, surpervises a team of ministers trained in her deliverance counseling model. Your situation can be helped, just make that call.

Domestic violence is an age old problem. Christian women who are being abused, often find that churches, as a whole, are ineffective in dealing with these issues. A large majority of pastors, and Christian leaders are ashamed to admit that domestic violence is a problem in their church. I was a victim of domestic violence, and I know what can happen when a woman tries to get help from her church. This article will help you understand, how to handle domestic violence issues when your pastor is in denial.

In addition, if you or anyone you know is a victim of this type of torment and bondage go here http://www.pamsheppard.com/online_ministers_available

Pam Sheppard has over 25 years of pastorial experience, and her expertise in deliverance counseling is second to none. Pam supervises a team of online ministers who know, and understand exactly what your going through. At Sheppard’s Counseling Center, we’re here to help you, no matter your situation.

This article is for informational purposes only. Call our office for professional help, and guidance. The Christian women’s answer to domestic violence is not difficult to understand. All one has to do is use the common sense God gave you. Some pastors refuse to give rational assistance and supporting scriptures to abused women. Instead, they will say ” God wants you to obey your husband “. To add insult to injury, pastors may also say ” you need to pray and change YOUR behavior.

Call (518) 477-5759 For Immediate Help

What pastors need to tell you, is that violence abuse is criminal behavior, and God would not want you to harbor a criminal. What Christian leaders need to do, is stop blaming the victim. Such leaders are in need of prayer and forgiveness. What you must do, before trying to help the pastor understand is—GET TO SAFETY! You should pray about your situation, but an angel of the Lord, will not come down from heaven to block the blows. Your first anchor of help, must be thrown by you. You must protect your self and your children. Contact an online minister immediately. Sign-up for deliverance counseling here:

PRIDE IS YOUR ENEMY!

deliverance mentoring, demonic deception, facebook, faith. spirituality. the cross

The devil's deception was broken in my life because I am quick to admit to error and I am not a people pleaser.

Facebook is a place where everyone wants to teach and be heard and few want their followers to know that they don’t know very much.   Rebellion and belligerance is very apparent in their various posts which portrays a rebellious  spirit. Since rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, many facebook teachers are in the hands of the enemy and God has turned some of  them over to strong delusion.

There are some teachers on fb that have actually put people in bondage with their teachings.  I won’t call any names but the truth is that their pride keeps them from being teachable. The enemy loves pride because deception is made easy when we think more highly of ourselves then we ought to think. I am not an advocate of the world’s self esteem teaching that has been adopted by the religious world.  Self esteem as defined by the world is when the world has high regards for you.  You are accepted, found to be worthy and considered competent. In other words, worldly self esteem is rooted in what others think of you. And for this reason, those who seek worldly favor will compromise to obtain and sustain the world’s approval.  Christians of this persuasion find that they are always trying to fit in and in so doing, they disobey the Lord’s will to please others.

I have purposed and established in my heart that my self esteem is found in Jesus Christ.  The Lord is the only one I need to please because I love truth. When the motives of the heart are not pure, truth will be hidden.  To be pure is to be clear, articulate, unclouded understanding.  Not confused, covered up or clandestine. When something is not pure, it is defiled.  To defile is to contaminate or to pollute.  When the heart is not pure, then Satan’s job is easy because defilement has come from within US, usually because of pride. For pride begins with what we say in our hearts and what we believe in our minds. Jeus linked pride to adulteries, fornications, murders, thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lewdness, an evil eye, blasphemy and foolishness. (Mark 7:20-22) A proud mind is not pure because it thinks, feels and behaves in ways that suggest that we think too highly of ourselves.

Pride, self esteem and vanity deny and conceal the truth. These 3 traits will pull you away from the Lord’s will by quenching and grieving the Holy Spirit and your spirit will become blocked from God’s revelation about what is to come.  Pride is also PHONY. Nothing real about it because it puts forth a facade or an act. Pride will cause you to deny your feelings, and pretend so much that you even fool yourself.  But the devil is not fooled. He knows when you are “fronted” before him in your effort to appear to be in control, putting forth that lie when you routinely boast that you are blessed by God. As you over compensate, pride will prevent you from admitting that you need help and therfore the enemy can use your pride to block you from crucial resourses.

The proud religious person must ALWAYS appear to be knowlegeable and therefore he or she will never admit to not knowing or understanding a verse of scripture, because they are concerned that others will think them stupid and so they will even lie to cover up their ignorance or their weakness as they  hide the truth to protect their religious image. Such people are already in the hands of  a religious demon. Pride goeth before a fall!

A proud person is not wise either. They make stupid, even costly mistakes. As vanity is excessive pride, a vain person’s conceit will bring sure destruction for self deception is an open doorway to failure.  Proud people :

  • are outraged when others they that they are superior to them
  • are defensive, always justifying themselves
  • are critical in their efforts to tear down others to build themselves up
  • will hunger for prestige by seeking praise and approval from others
  • adopt the ways of those they are trying to please.
  • make EVERYTHING personal.
  • will live in the past and hunger for “the good old days.”

To the proud I  declare that the world did not create you. The world did not redeem you. When you justify yourself before men, you establish them as your lord with authority and you enable the enemy to deceive you. Remember. God resists the proud but gives grace to the humble.

If you are too proud to admit that you have been worshipping the fake Jesus, you are trapped in a pit of religion.  There is help available.  Come join our facebook group. Either comment in this post or send a message to www.facebook.com/pamela.sheppard.911

HOW THE ENEMY DECEIVES BY USING "GOOD" PEOPLE

LET THE GOOD SPEAK EVIL

In 1988, Geraldo Rivera televised a program that focused on Christian Cults, with the subtitle “Zombies for Christ.” Interviews are held with people who underwent deprogramming from the influence of charismatic, fundamentalist leaders and churches. The major problem that I had with this process, is that those who are doing the “deprogramming” are not born again Christians themselves, and may be deprogramming people completely away from Jesus, which of course is the subtle, underhanded strategy of the devil, using professing Christians against themselves. Worst yet is that they are programming people toward the fake Jesus by telling them to “ask Jesus to come into your hearts.”

People are watching Christian television and reading Christian books, who themselves need to be deprogrammed from error that is causing them to be vulnerable to demonic oppression of a very serious nature. In fact, when I have tried to counsel those who have come to me to seek deliverance from the torment of demons, the mixture and error in their spiritual foundation is extremely deep.  Therefore,  deliverance is severely hindered by the amount of error that these captives have anchored their faith to by watching Christian television or reading the books of various mega preachers.

The problem of today is similar to what Rivera explored in 1988.  Evil spirits know it is fruitless to urge the righteous toward sins of the flesh, so demons use another tactic called DECEPTION. The Satanic strategy is planned in the form of teachings and doctrines that appear “good”. The biggest deception is to receive counsel solely based upon the godly life and character of the counselor or teacher. Most false prophets are clean living, righteous, upstanding folk.  So to receive their teachings based on their “good character” is what the enemy is after.

Therefore, it is important for you to know that every thing that the enemy does is not always evil as he works under the cover of light. So the strategy of deception is to get the righteous or good person to accept a wrong idea and then to pass it off to others “as truth.”

Certainly, the bible   should be the foundation of every Christian. However, it is important to point out that scripture is also  used as the basis of false teaching.  The enemy  has  very skillfully woven into a web certain scriptures  that will ultimately entrap a child of God like the prosperity gospel, praying in the spirit, tongues, slain in the spirit—I could go on and on!. With each false doctrine and practice, the method is to pull single texts out of their original context. In my work with  professing Christians in torment or bondage, the following scripture from the book of James rings true:

WE ARE DECEIVED BY SEEMING TO BE RELIGIOUS, WHEN AN UNBRIDLED TONGUE REVEALS OUR TRUE CONDITION.(James1:26)

I train ministers in our deliverance mentoring program to   listen to the unbridled tongue so as to expose the nature of the deception. Also, Paul wrote to Christians that we are deceived when we think ourselves to be wise with the wisdom of this world.(I Corinthians 3:15) Deliverance Mentoring  is certaining a humbling process, for very often, Christians in torment must resist the devil by admitting that they have been deceived not only by well meaning Christian teachers, family and friends, but also by their own heart. (Jer 17:9, Isaiah 64:20)

Trained ministers serve as mentors to those who have left the organized church.

At Sheppard’s Counseling Center, we de-program the deceived through our deliverance mentoring program. Trained online ministers are available.  www.pamsheppard.com/online_ministers_available

How to Recognize a Lukewarm Christian

Charles Finney, Counterfeit Births, deliverance mentoring, demonic deception, faith. spirituality. the cross, false conversions, I accept Jesus, Pam Sheppard, Pamela Sheppard, salvation

By Carol Davis

A Lukewarm Christian is no Christian at all because a lukewarm Christian was never saved in the first place. I just had to jump right in and lay out the truth. Now that that’s out of the way, I’ll make my confession. I used to be a lukewarm Christian. I was a false convert years ago when I thought I believed in Jesus Christ of Nazareth. I did not. I was a false conversion, and what Pam Sheppard describes as a counterfeit birth.

I was brought into a Word of Faith church where I had repeated  the demonic sinners prayer a few times too. False converts are luke warm, false converts are those who Jesus will spew, or vomit out of his mouth. Well my friends, I was ripe for the spewing. I thank God Almightly that He drew me to Himself , to the cross of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and to Godly sorrow.

My friends, in those days, I was hooping, hollering, shouting, falling down slain, with the best of them. Or should I say the worst of them. Yes, I most definitely should say the worst of them. That was then, but now I want to warn you, and ask you to please examine yourself, and make sure you are in the faith. Examine yourself, and make sure you are  not a counterfeit birth like I used to be. We hate to be considered a lukewarm Christian. We can get puffed up, when someone dares say, we may not be saved. But time is running out, and always has been . Each day we move closer to the return of Christ. Pride not only goes before a fall, it can usher us straight into hell.

The day I realized that I was an unsaved religious, sinful, lukewarm Christian, was difficult at best. But God drew me to the cross of Christ, where there was forgiveness, joy unspeakable and a realization that I was nothing. I am nothing, but in Christ I became something.

Lukewarm Christian’s Need to get Saved…Choose

My friends, a lukewarm Christians need to get off the fence and choose whom they will serve. If you have no zeal, or concern for the things of God— beware. Don’t take offence, I was once flippant about the things of God. This is a sign of being unsaved. If your pride  keeps you from examining your self …Beware. If you get angry if someone implies you may be unsaved, and experienced a counterfeit birth…beware!
