Clearly it happened once in Jewish history as Daniel predicted that it would. In the year 167 BC. A Greek ruler, by the name of Antiochus Epiphanies committed two blasphemous acts in the second Jewish temple: He set up an altar to the Greek god Zeus and also he sacrificed a pig on the altar.
The Lord knew of that particular abomination as it occurred some two hundred years BEFORE His words were recorded in Matthew 24:15. So clearly, the Lord was prophesying about an event that would transpire in the last days, since the end of the gentile age is the subject matter of Matthew 24. It stands to reason that in a similar way that the Lord compared the last days to the days of Noah, in like manner, He also highlighted the prophecy of Daniel with the caviat of “let the reader understand.”
Now the general understanding of those who interpret endtime signs is that before this particular sign can be fulfilled, the Jews will need to build a new temple. So we could further assume that the Antichrist will not be revealed until that non existent temple is built in Jerusalem.
But what if that is not the understanding the Lord wants the endtime age to have?
Whatever the future abomination is, if it is an overt act of the desecration of a Jewish temple, the obvious nature of such an act would not need very much understanding or interpretation.
AT the time that the Lord was questioned about the end of the age and His response recorded by Matthew in the 24th chapter, the church age had not yet begun but would be shortly ushered in by a few of the Lord’s apostles and disciples on the day of Pentecost. So clearly, it made no sense for the Lord not to reveal at that time how the church age would evolve 2000 years into the future to people who were about to bring forth the age of the church. For to know the end before the beginning would definitely have blocked the motivation of the apostles and disciples to begin and continue the work of building the church. Rather, it’s the last generation of the elect who truly need “to understand.”
So my question is this. Suppose the Lord was not referring to the abomination of desolation as a part of Jewish history, but in reality, perhaps He predicted Christian history in its last days? The accepted understanding within a common endtime understanding is that the Antichrist will establish a covenant with Israel for 7 years and then perform some blasphemous, unspeakable abomination, similar to what Antiochus Ephiphanies did in the second Jewish temple, before it was destroyed in 70 AD.
Yet built into the new covenant, the temple of God is clearly the reborn human spirit. There are several scriptures to support the belief that the spirit of man is the temple of The Lord, both in the Old Testament and more so in the new. So what if the abomination of desolation has occurred and is still occurring in the temple or spirit within those who claim to be God’s people?
So consider this. Would it not be an abomination of desolation to go to a church altar, expecting to receive the Holy Ghost into your spirit but instead, you received a religious demon aka the spirit of the antichrist?
Anyone who knows even a little about kundalini yoga and the 7 chakras are aware of the fact that every human being has 7 spiritual gateways or doorways in his body. Through entering a state of passivity, yoga, meditation, hypnosis, chanting, even speaking in tongues will create an altered state of consciousness (ASC) conducive enough to crack open each spiritual doorway, one by one. I would include falling slain in the spirit, holy laughter, speaking in tongues, the holy dance, shouting, running around the church, flopping one’s head back and forth, as additional practices that stir up the kundalini spirit and open the 7 doorways.
Chakras are actually doorways for Hindu gods who themselves are really principalities and powers. Each of these entities stand guard over each of the 7 portals: Over the crown is Shiva; the third eye is Hakini, the throat is Savashiva, the navel is Vahni, the sexual organs are Vishnu and Rakeeni, the anus is Brahma and the heart is Isha.
Since no where in the bible does it even suggest that we should “ask Jesus into our hearts,” the fallen angel Isha responds to the unsuspecting seeker’s “invitation” as a call to the fake Jesus Sananda who Isha serves. So Isha opens the doorway to the heart and spirits of the antichrist enter the heart doorway and take up residence in one’s “temple.”
So could it not be that the abomination of desolation has already occurred and is still occurring? The Lord said that if we ask God for bread, HE would not give us a snake or a stone. Well, I know for a fact that people are asking God to come into their hearts as they surrender their beings to an entity they believe is Christ at the altars of God, when in reality, it’s a fallen angel impersonating the Lord. Could it be that because they are going about it the wrong way, evil spirits have entered their temples?
What could be more abominable or more desolate than THAT?
The Holy Ghost will not enter a temple where a demon dwells. It must be cast out FIRST. Only after the demons have left will He enter your spirit and cause you to be born again, becoming a temple where God Himself dwells.
God could cast it out the spirit of the antichrist Himself. Yet most often He uses one of His followers to do so. AT RESCUE, WE can help with this. Either give us a call at 1-888-818-1117 or email us at getreadyforthelord@gmail.com

George Arundale (1878-1945) was an English theosophist and the president of the Theosophical Society in 1934 after Annie Besant. He lived in the circle of Krishnamurti, the chosen “World teacher” of the theosophists. Together with his Indian wife and other chosen people, he used methods to awaken the force of kundalini, and took one initiation after another. He thinks that all statements about kundalini should be taken with the utmost caution, since it depends on how the person, who experiments, relates to these things, and the force affects different people in different ways. He writes: :
“Before anyone seeks to arouse kundalini let him know much about it, especially of its dangers….. A little knowledge may incline him to foolishness.”
He wrote more. Check this out.
The dangers of kundalini are, according to Arundale, among other things::
Increased sexual activity and expression, which leads to loss of vitality. All sexual desires are states of tension that demand an outlet.
Mental confusion, if one does not have a strong self-restraint, calm and clear thinking, and is not free from lower thought climates. Even if one gets help to awaken the force, it is completely up to the individual what the outcome will be. The ability to see if an individual is mature enough to awaken the kundalini, depends completely on the intuition, and it is undeveloped in mankind of today. (Intuition is immediate knowledge about higher truths without previous analysis.)
Man has also psychic bodies, that have to be developed and be able to bear the force.
There is great danger in disturbing the natural physical and psychic rhythm and balance, through uncontrolled stimulation of the different centers of the body. The risk is that the heart and the nervous system will be damaged and the individual will be chronically disabled, with a general deterioration of the brain, which gets overstrained. The result will be that the system collapses.
It is, then, the brain that must be able to endure an enormous pressure. A person in whom kundalini is starting to move, lives in all respects under high pressure. Arundale writes that it is a concentration of power, which is the drop that makes the beaker flow over, and hurl the unfortunate one into a horrible darkness, if he is not a spiritual athlete. He considers that on our present level of development, there are without doubt already channels between the inner worlds and man, who mainly lives in the outer world.
I found additional symptoms a while back, from an anonymous source.
Involuntary jerks, tremors, shaking, itching, tingling, and crawling sensations, especially in the arms and legs
Energy rushes or feelings of electricity circulating the body
Intense heat (sweating) or cold, especially as energy is experienced passing through the chakras
Spontaneous pranayama, asanas, mudras and bandhas
Visions or sounds at times associated with a particular chakra
Diminished or conversely extreme sexual desire sometimes leading to a state of constant or whole-body orgasm
Emotional upheavals or surfacing of unwanted and repressed feelings or thoughts with certain repressed emotions becoming dominant in the conscious mind for short or long periods of time.[24]
Headache, migraine, or pressure inside the skull
Increased blood pressure and irregular heartbeat
Emotional numbness
Antisocial tendencies
Mood swings with periods of depression or mania
Pains in different areas of the body, especially back and neck
Sensitivity to light, sound, and touch
Trance-like and altered states of consciousness
Disrupted sleep pattern (periods of insomnia or oversleeping)
Loss of appetite or overeating
Bliss, feelings of infinite love and universal connectivity, transcendent awareness

Kundalini activation does not stop there, for some people have literally lost their minds. On the charismatic side of things, there seems to be strong similarities between eastern worship and charismatic church services, including but not limited to all kinds of weird manifestations like trances, gold dust, gemstones, gold tooth filling, feathers falling in the church, “Jesus” appearances, angels, fire tunnels, bridal paradigm, contemplative prayer, and every strange weird practice with a New Age bent, that you can imagine.
If you have had a preponderance of similar symptoms, complete the contact form below if you seek help.

The truth to be emphasized is that God never “wills” instead of man, and whatever a man does, he is himself responsible for his actions. Religious demons major goal is to manipulate the will of a sincere and unsuspecting believer into a state of passivity in order to control us.
The believer whose “will” has become passive, finds, after a time, the greatest difficulty in making decisions of any kind, and he looks outside, and all around him for something to help him to decide the smallest matters. When he has become conscious of his passive condition, he has a painful sense of being unable to meet some of the situations of ordinary life. If spoken to, he knows he cannot will to listen till a sentence is completed; if asked to judge a matter, he knows he cannot do it; if he is required to “remember” or use his imagination, he knows he is unable to, and becomes terrified at any proposed course of action where these demands may come upon him. The tactics of the enemy now may be to drive him into situations where these demands may be made, and thus torture or embarrass him before others.
Little does the believer know that in this condition he may, unknowingly, rely upon the assistance of evil spirits, who have brought about the passivity for this very object. The faculty unused lies dormant and dead in their grip, but if used it is an occasion for them to manifest themselves through it. They are too ready to “will” instead of the man, and they will put within his reach many “supernatural” props to help him in “decision,” especially in the way of “texts” used apart from their context, and supernaturally given, which the believer, seeking so longingly to do the will of God, seizes upon, and firmly grasps as a drowning man a rope, blinded, by the apparently given Divine help, to the principle that Godnote 3 only works through the active volition of a man, and not for him in matters requiring his action.

inOne of the main purposes of the book “the Church of the End-time Zombies: A Guide To Religious Detox” is to prepare YOU to stand alone as the author did for 8 of the 11 years she has been out of organized religion. Once Pam Sheppard started the online Christian fellowship called RESCUE, she now has supportive friends from several American states and others from South Africa, Dubai, India, Antigua, Finland and Canada. A prolific writer, Pam’s books are really an outgrowth of her main passion: deliverance counseling and pastoring. So this book is a labor of love to all the people around the world that Pam would love to personally pastor, particularly those who have been damaged and deceived by religion as peddled by “the religious.”
Since she is without the resources and capability to personally pastor the millions who are in dire need, she is using this book to coach those who will one day have to stand alone as she did. So as a labor of love, Pam has jam-packed almost 300 pages with loads of truths to prepare you for the evil day. It was a book written a century ago that turned Pam’s life upside down and served as the catalyst to open her eyes to comprehend just how deeply the enemy’s infiltration into the institutional church had personally hindered her walk in the spirit. “War on the Saints” set her free from being a Christian zombie for 25 years.
So this her 7th book is motivated by her democratic belief in the free will of the individual to be un-deluded in this Laodicean age of deception where “Satan has deceived the entire world.” For those who have an ear to hear and an eye to see, this eye-opening book will take you on the narrow road to meet the true and real Jesus Christ of Nazareth for yourself, without the influence or the mediation of the blind controlling and leading the blind. This book will pull you out of your religious ditch and cause you to stand on solid, good ground that will prepare you to “really be born again.” In fact, You will be able to clarify for yourself what has kept you deceived and what you need to know to address your own vulnerabilities and triumph over them.
In her 6 earlier books, Pam established and presented a framework to unravel religious deception which she elaborates on and enhances in “the Church of the End-time Zombies.” Nothing is withheld that would be useful to you but one subject, demonic soul-ties, the subject of its own book. This book is conversational in its language style as Pam personally coaches you from each page.
Then there are those of you who do not have to stand alone, as RESCUE still has the capability to receive your membership. To know more about RESCUE, watch these videos.
Don’t forget to get your coaching book to help you stand alone.

Posted altered states ASC, black church, black clergy, Black preachers
inThe first sermon that I preached was on 10- 25, 1981. Ironically, the last sermon I preached in the institutional church was also on October 25th, in 2008. It was from the storefront church that I had started in 1996. I have spoken or uttered since then, but not by taking a text out of its natural context and producing a message from it.
I estimate that I have preached at least 2000 sermons, perhaps more. The title of my last sermon was “What Do YOU Have To Burn?” Later that same week, God revealed to me that what I had to burn was the curious art called “preaching” because He revealed that “sermons are manmade and demonically produced and manipulated.”
I truly loved to preach. I preached as many as two sermons a week behind the pulpit for more than 25 years, sometimes more, during revival week and other special occasions. However, once God revealed to me that He does not empower the man-made art called homiletics, I have not prepared yet another sermon. Nor is there any desire left in me to preach a sermon, where a text is taken out of its natural context, and a man-made or even a demonic message is worked up from that text. So you might say that “I burned sermonizing out of my ministerial life.”
Out of thousands of sermons preached, 3 of them stand out as “getting away from me.”
I remember one in particular, preached on New Years Eve, close to midnight on 12/31/1987 at the church’s watch-night service. I was not the pastor of that church, I was merely an associate minister, chosen by my pastor to preach on his behalf.
At that time, I really wanted to shine, to get everybody shouting, dancing and rejoicing on New Years Eve, but a different spirit came upon me. Looking back, I now realize that the fallen angel assigned to me was secretly influencing my life in the romantic area. You see, on December 30th, ONE day before I preached, a supernatural incident occurred that was so powerful, that I became deceived to believe that after all of my struggles with men, that I had FINALLY found Mr. Right. So on New Years Eve, I was already emotionally charged up. Was the supernatural experience of God? No, it was from the religious fallen angel assigned to me, and I grabbed the bait, hook, line and sinker. So when I got behind that pulpit a day later, I was already in the hands of the devil, completely unawares.
I had intended that the sermon would be joyful and uplifting, when all of a sudden, similar to Kim Burrell’s style, I began to rant and pace. My tone became harsh and wild. I was walking up and down that stage like a crazy woman breathing out fire from my nostrils about the hypocritical Christians who came to church that night, only to justify the drinking, drugging and whoring around they intended to do after midnight, as they exchanged the pew for a bar stool. I called for the wrath of God to come upon all hypocrites. The irony is that when I pointed my finger to the sky, all of a sudden the building started to shake and a crack of lightning served as my background music. I found out that the building was set in the middle of the traditional New Years Eve fireworks display at midnight. So when I called on the wrath of God, it seemed to all like He answered me from the sky with a quake and a bolt of lightning!!!! LOL
The people were absolutely un-nerved, some frightened and others outraged. This was a congregation that loved to party. They were revelers. They came to church every Sunday, and sinned 6 days a week and Sunday evenings. If one of the men had preached in this “fire and brimstone” style, they would have accepted it. From me, this message was totally un-acceptable. One of my favorite members, Ada, looked me in my face and menacingly spouted: Pam “you spoiled my New Years Eve.” She did not speak to me for 5 years.
So what happened here? Well, any time a person senses that they are not in control, this is NOT the anointing of God. As an example, Juanita Bynum preaches this way most of the time. So does TD Jakes. On a natural level, the characteristics of “preaching” vary considerably according to style, church affiliation, seminary training, and other variables. Generally, texts of scripture are taken out of their biblical context and are then mixed with what is going on in the preacher’s own heart, mind and personal circumstances. He or she often attempts to adapt the discourse to the wants and needs of the congregation with the use of illustrations, stories, riddles, etc. As homiletics, the art of preaching—the artistic aspects include the degree of eloquence or earthiness, flamboyance, tone and quality of the voice, showmanship, “keepin it real,” the use of images, persuasiveness, an ability to “set it off” wherein the congregation becomes emotional.
Some of the most outstanding “sermonizers” that I have known personally were “down right characters” to put it mildly. The best performers still remain closet homosexuals, and in some instances, drug addicts, adulterers, child molesters and thieves. What keeps them in the pulpit is the fact that the people love their performances. I can think of one man in particular, Rev. Kealon, who at the end of each sermon, leaped out of the pulpit like a wild lion. In mid-air, he appeared to be in suspended animation—5 ft above the ground. Within his depiction of the “art,” he could leap a slam dunk yet he died at the age of 33 of a massive stroke. A likeable guy, this man was quite “the pistol” on a moral level. He was brain-dead on a Sunday morning in October,1987.
In fact, I was always around lots of men preachers. Several services a year for 25 years, I was one of 10 even 20 ministers sitting in the pulpit area at numerous regional worship services. When I was selected as “the preacher of the hour,” various congregants facing the pulpit would inform me at the close of the service that the ministers who sat behind me either had looks of displeasure on their faces, or that they were cupping their hands around their mouths, whispering to each other while I was delivering the message. This too “made me uncomfortable.”
Yet, I became increasingly “uncomfortable” with the method itself because I could see no fruit of a Christward direction in the people, some of whom had been listening to my sermons for 5, 10, even 20 years. So I changed my style once more. No longer sitting at a distance from the congregation, I sat among the people and put the responsibility for the preparation of the sermon on them. I let them ask ME questions and I prepared my sermon from those questions, right on the spot.
Yet, I was still “uncomfortable.”
On a spiritual level, I discovered that something quite sinister has been goin on. I found out personally when it happened to me on June 25, 2007, my last day inside of the denomination’s regional meeting. I write about it in four of my books. I suggest you get one of the books because it would take too long to explain at this juncture. I will simply say that “a power came over me and it was not God.” The preacher in question, now dead, had been an associate for about 10 years and he didn’t even know that I was in the congregation because I slipped in un-noticed and sat way in the back. However, a religious demon used him to try to make me rejoin a church that the Lord had led me out of. I felt invisible hands in my back that pushed me forward at the invitation. So if you want to know more, I suggest you obtain either book by clicking here.
What I can reveal now is this.
There is a time in most delivery of sermons when like Kim Burrell did, the preacher gets “caught up” in the art of preaching, enters into an altered state of consciousness, and the enemy “walks in” to him or her in order to change the mood or tone of the preacher in an effort to “work the crowd.” Not Pharrell, not Ellen DeGeneres, not Shaka Kahn, not even Yolanda Adams knows a dot or a tittle of what I speak. Kim Burrell was not ranting hate speech. Everything she said is true. The issue is the tone of the message.
Nevertheless, it was either Kim’s emotions or personal circumstances that no one is aware of that put her in an altered state of consciousness, and her sermon got away from her. If the congregation she was speaking to was filled with homosexuals whom she was trying to convert, her emotions led her down the wrong path with the help of a religious demon. What we are to preach is simple: Christ crucified, dead , buried, raised, ascended and coming back again. The preacher does not convict ANYONE, not LGBTQ or any reprobate of sin. We preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and let the Holy Spirit do the rest.
God allowed it ALL as a message to Kim, probably a true woman of God, “to come out from among them.”
I still preach and utter, but mostly, I teach. If you would like monthly access to my messages and bible studies, let me hear from you, by completing the contact form below:

By Pam Sheppard
What is an altered state of consciousness or briefly an ASC? First of all, I believe it should be clarified that each of us has a different normal state of consciousness. Take driving to work for example. If you travel the same path for years on end to your job, you will find that if you are going to shop in a store within the vicinity of your former workplace, the familiarity of the road may trigger an “alter” of your state of consciousness. Instead of making the turn to the furniture store, perhaps you subconsciously drove towards your former job site. Minor “altered states” like this are triggered by familiarity but most of all by routine.
Keeping it simple, there are moments in time when our sensations, perceptions, thoughts and emotions are “altered” from our normal state and several events can trigger the alteration. In such cases, we experience a diminished executive control and our soul’s function of protection begins to change.
Everyone has experienced a mild trance like state from time to time where we strongly thought that we picked up our keys, but we really never touched them. Likewise, we can get caught up in a sports game on TV, a movie, cooking, even day dreaming.
So an altered state of consciousness is on a wide spectrum, from very mild daydreaming to deep trances that are induced by artificial means. The list is long— hypnosis, chanting, meditation, yoga, trauma, drugs, and sexual orgasm, to name but a few. In the mid 19th century, Max Weber, the Father of Sociology, defined the altered state in a way that very accurately portrays how altered states of consciousness are induced during congregate worship services.
Weber stated that an altered state of consciousness is entered into in two ways: by tradition and by charisma. He defines tradition as an automatic and unthinking repletion of a person who manifests passivity through lethargy and inertia. Traditional ASC”s are predictable and mundane, consisting of a life governed by routine. On the other hand, charisma is just the opposite. It is a quality of human personality that is extraordinary and treated as though it is endowed with supernatural, superhuman or at least exceptional powers, qualities and abilities.
Astoundingly, I noticed that Weber described in the 19th and early 20th century our own present day church experience within his definition for simply put, there are two main churches: the denominational or “traditional” churches and the non- denominational or “charismatic” churches, whether they be Pentecostal or word of faith.
So when churchgoers holler out with piercing yells, when their heads bob back and forth like mechanical toys, when they groan, shake and vibrate uncontrollably, or race around the church at full speed ,or bang themselves into the church walls, screaming like they are literally on fire, or stagger around with slurred speech as if drunk, they have undoubtedly entered into an altered state of consciousness which resembles a panic attack.
With a panic attack, the heart starts to race, followed by uncontrollable shaking, convulsing, slurred words, an inability to walk, and hyperventilating will bring on fear, thus a panic attack. On the other hand, a similar description can be applied to a charismatic altered state as manifested in church, often referred to as “catching the Holy Ghost.” it has been described as an involuntary contraction of your ab muscles, similar to a quick jerk. Unlike a panic attack, the churchgoer passively embraces a supernatural manifestation because the churchgoer is deceived into believing that the Holy Spirit is upon them. Those standing might look like they were punched in the stomach.
How do these manifestations happen? Why do they occur? I suspect that they begin with the gathered assembly entering into an altered state through hypnotic music, followed by the maneuvers of a charismatic leader who either is intuitively in sync with group dynamics or who has been trained in the practices and techniques of hypnotism. By design and forethought, the leader purposefully triggers these outbursts, with the help of evil spirits loosed in the congregation.
The first time I saw slain in the spirit was in 1979, in a denominational church service of less than 100 people, where an unknown Pentecostal woman was the guest preacher. She had practically everyone laying on the ground, bouncing up and down like human balls, wailing, babbling and twerking. So people like John Crowder, Rodney Howard Brown, Patricia King and other 21 century contemporaries did not usher in Christian mysticism.in fact, Marie Woodworth Etter and some of her contemporaries, and then years later, strange manifestations occurred during the Asuza Street and the Wales Revivals. So the strangeness of today has its roots in the strangeness of yesterday. What commenced with others has catapulted over the last 10 years or so into a widespread phenomena.
Simply put, it is not the work of the Holy Spirit but the work of fallen angels and demons. .

Here is the testimony of a non churchgoer, who believes he became born again on his first church visit to a charismatic church:
Ethan’s Testimony
I would like to explain my conversion experience.I was using meth at the time and demons were tormenting me. I had been going through all I can explain it as a initiation to an endtime cult and I had submitted myself to becoming a member of the organization. I was taken into the desert. I was shown at this place altars where human bones were burned to different facets of this cult. However on the Rock was written the word Jesus saves.
It was if I was at the crossroads of a decision right then. I decided in myself then that I would seek Jesus but I hid it in my heart so as not to alert those who were with me. On the return trip large pillars of smoke began to rise from the ground in the desert and I became fearful. The cult had already condemned me as what they called a spy and had sentenced me to death.
I prayed to God that if I could just come and say I was sorry for what I had done by submitting myself to this cult and apologize for my sin that I would come back and accept the consequences of my action. I asked one of the cult members who was driving to drop me off at a local church which it would seem that they had no choice but to accept my decision.
so I went to church. In the church I went in and was taken by some of the disciples to a room where they had me orally confess my sin. I did not want to go back but was willing to keep my word. After my confession of these things I sat through a service in which the preacher basically preached about my situation directly at me.
After the service I went up to the front and asked God for forgiveness and to just say that I was sorry for what I did. I did not expect to live through the night and I was ready to face the consequences of my sin. At this time the men surrounded me. And laid their hands on me and many were speaking in tongues. but one was speaking plain English. At this time, a felt a surge of electricity go through my innermost being as one of them proclaimed I baptize you in the Holy Ghost. There was a instant presence upon me.
Then one of them handed me a bible on the way out and as I touched the bible I felt a fire like surge go through my hand and into my spirit. On the way out I was ready to go back and face my death but a member of the Church told me that God did not want me to return and invited me to stay with him. The next morning as I awoke the doorway to the spirit realm that was opened was closed.
I went to church the next day and as the man preached he said not to take the devil on by myself. . I testify that the spirit within me is the Holy Spirit. While I am obedient and faithful to Him he leads me and I bear peace and the fruits of the Spirit are evident. I have been under the influence of demons and the Holy Spirit and they are polar opposites. The Holy Ghost is forgiving gentle and takes away the desires of the flesh as described in the bible. The demon spirits bring confusion, fear, self loathing, perversion etc. There is no way to confuse the two. While I understand now the origin of tongues and the deceptions in the church is it not possible that God dealt with me on a individual level in this situation. i am sure that I was born again but I think I have followed church doctrine after my conversion in which it seems the Lord has slowly been revealing the truth to me. I have went through many churches including Mormonism, Pentecostalism, Charismatic etc. but I was not comfortable in anyone of them. Is it possible that God allowed me to go through these things to build me up to receive truth. Ultimately I was lead to RESCUE through this process. I was not born again by saying a prayer but when I came to God with sincere sorrow and acceptance that I deserved everything that was coming to me is when I was born again and I cannot deny the power of the Holy Ghost manifest in me.
My Assessment
This is an example of Christian Mysticism at its finest because it ignores the essential components of the gospel of Jesus Christ and makes the Holy Spirit sensual. The Lord Jesus Christ is not at the center of this so called conversion as there is no mention of the cross and true repentance and nothing about the resurrection of the Lord. What I perceive is a man concerned about his sin out of fear. it begins with demons and it ends with demons, who play their own spiritual trickery and deception in a staged enactment of good cop, bad cop.
Ethan jumped out of an witchcraft pot into a frying pan of Christian mysticism.

Brownsville Revival, charismatic witchcraft, John Kilpatrick, Pam Sheppard, religion and spirituality, religious demons
By Carol A. Davis
As RESCUE members know, I grew up in a Charismatic church. From childhood, I accepted signs and wonders as a normal thing, because it was the first thing I knew; however, it had always bothered me that I never seemed to have any of the “religious experiences” and manifestations my family members and others around me did. I was jealous and felt left out. I’d never spoken in tongues, fallen slain in the Spirit, felt that feeling of “warmth, love, and peace,” heard God’s voice, had anyone tell me they had a “word from God” for me, saw visions, or saw demons and made them leave in the name of Jesus, etc. I thought I was doing something wrong, like not surrendering to God enough, or what they call “seeking Him” enough, or else, maybe God just didn’t have any particular reason to talk to me or manifest to me in that way. I felt kind of inadequate, or at least picked over.
Back in ’93 I started hearing about the Brownsville Revival. A friend from church always talked about it, because she had been several times. She talked about how awesome it was, how strong the “anointing would fall,” and how you would receive a “life-changing touch from God.” Some people from our church started taking road trips there. They’d have to camp out in line all day, get there at 6 a.m., like it was an American Idol audition or something, because the building could only accommodate so many. One week, Steve Hill, John Kilpatrick, and Lendell Cooley actually came to Alabama and held a revival service in a nearby city, as well as a pastor’s conference. Ministers from our church took part, and my friend and I also got to go to the pastor’s conference because her dad was working there.
A lot of people had traveled from churches in neighboring cities to take part. The night before the first revival service – although the details of when and where are fuzzy, it so was long ago – my friend and I attended a service at a nearby Assemblies of God church, which we’d been invited to by some of the people who were participating in the Brownsville conference. It was at this service that, for the first time, I experienced being slain in the spirit, speaking in tongues, and having the manifestation of this “jerking” motion from the mid-section. You’d be standing up, but keep doubling over, like how a person would if they were struggling to catch their breath, or had just been punched in the stomach, only there was no pain at all – just an involuntary contraction of the muscles in your midsection. Everybody else did it too.I was so incredibly happy! I felt that I was finally “there,” and that maybe God was finally pleased with me enough to actually manifest. The next night at the Brownsville service, it happened even stronger. From that point on, it would happen anytime I was in a praise and worship service, praying, listening to praise and worship music, if I was listening to a sermon or even watching one on tv, especially if a certain statement really “spoke to me,” and often when I would simply think about God.
Since joining RESCUE and learning what I know now about the kundalini spirits and the counterfeit Holy Ghost manifestations, I put two-and-two together and began to realize this could not be a manifestation from God. What was strange was that it hadn’t happened in a few years, but from the time I joined RESCUE, suddenly it started happening again at random times, more than it ever had in the past. The more I learned, the more it would bother me. I didn’t want it anymore. I had rejected all of those past religious experiences and recognized them for what they really were, yet it kept happening. I couldn’t control it. Even though I wasn’t completely sure if it was specifically the kundalini spirit of Bahni or some other evil entity, I knew it was some kind of demon because of where I’d been when it first entered. Also, it had begun dawning on me that all those years I had thought I was born-again I really wasn’t – even when I was working in stripclubs and doing all types of things, I thought I was still saved, and that thing happened all the time even then. So I realized, between the Church of God experience and all the sin in my life, whatever it was, it couldn’t possibly have been the Holy Spirit and was something I didn’t want.
So last month I was on a phone session with Pam. She asked what I wanted to talk about, and I brought that up, saying it bothered me and I wanted it to stop. She asked if I had ever addressed the spirit since realizing what it was, and I told her, yes, that at one point in the past few weeks, when the jerking had happened, I had spoken to it. I’d known better than to try to cast it out, so I had just calmly stated something to the effect of, “Look, I don’t know exactly who or what you are, but I know you’re not the Holy Spirit, you are a demon, and I don’t want you. Everything I accepted in those past services I am now renouncing. Sooner or later you’ll have no choice but to leave, whether it’s through a deliverance session with Pam, or some other means. The bottom line is, whether you leave now or later, your days are numbered.” I hadn’t’ said it in a forceful or disrespectful way, because I’d been warned and knew better than to try to cast out a demon if I wasn’t saved, or to say anything that they could take as a challenge, so I’d said it in a cautious way, but still make it official where I stood. To my disappointment, there was no change and it had continued happening.
So when I was on the phone with Pam telling her about it, she asked if I wanted her to address this spirit. I said yes. We didn’t do a full-out deliverance session or anything like that, she simply addressed the navel chakra by the name of its deity , Vahni, and told it to leave. I was half-scared of, yet half-hoping for, some kind of manifestation, because I really wanted it to leave and to know for sure it had gone. She asked if I’d felt any kind of manifestation, and I said no. I was actually disappointed. Looking back, I see that there was still a residue of my old way of thinking, of always looking for signs and wonders. Because I’d experienced no manifestation, in my twisted line of thinking, I took that to mean the entity was still there. I figured, “Oh, well… it will be gone one day, so I’ll just stop worrying about it for now.” I kind of quit paying attention to or thinking about it.
After a couple of weeks, it dawned on me that it had not happened anymore. It still hasn’t happened since. Funny thing is, Pam doesn’t even remember speaking to it! Maybe because it wasn’t a full-out deliverance session or anything; she just simply addressed it, and that was that.
Since becoming undeceived – the more and more I’ve reflected over the last 20 years of my life, and how the teachings I accepted in the Charismatic church have literally, in some ways, ruined my family’s life and my life – I’ve become more and more disgusted with those past teachings and experiences. That was why it bothered me so much for those manifestations to still be there. I wanted no parts of anything from that period of my life and just wanted all of it to be gone. I’m so happy now to be free from that and am so grateful to Pam what she did!
Pam, can’t thank you enough for all you’ve done to help me!
RESCUE is an anointed online ministry. Pam says she likes being “under the radar,” So she does not pump herself up as she waits on the Holy Spirit to send those He desires to use her to set free in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth. If the Lord is leading you to RESCUE, you too may be the recipient of a “quiet deliverance.” For more information, I strongly suggest that you call 518-477-5759

This is an example of an altar call at the Brownsville Revival services in Pensacola, FL. Every night, Charity would sing the same song for the altar call, “Mercy Seat.” It was a very emotionally moving song, dramatic kind of, & I think it influenced people emotionally. It created this sense of urgency, of danger or something. It didn’t matter how many times you’d said the “sinner’s prayer,” how long you’d been in church, if you were an “intercessor,” & did nothing but pray and read the Bible all day, you would feel this fear, that you weren’t right with God & in danger of hell. So you’d go down to the front. It was like pulling teeth, b/c you really didn’t feel like going through the emotionally draining experience, walking out in front of everyone, plus you’d done it every night that week.
The altar call was sort of ambiguous. The call to “accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior” was clearly spelled out, but the altar call was also open to anyone who needed to “get right with God,” “get back in fellowship,” who had “backslidden.” B/c it was so undefined, you had no concrete way to judge if you needed to go or not, so it was better to just go to err on the side of caution. The vast majority of the audience would end up going down, most people did every night. My friend, Laurie, who was the most religious person i knew, she said, “Even if i know I’m in fellowship and in right standing with the Lord, Steve Hill’s altar calls are so convicting that you will still feel like you have to go.” She would go even if she didn’t feel the need for that, b/c if you did, you could stand in the prayer line, & that meant when you got to the front of the line, one of the ministers would touch your forehead so you could fall out (at this place, they were NOT pushing you down, the force was so strong, sometimes it would hit you before their hand could get to your forehead).
most people LOVED to go to the services. People came from all over the world, literally. my friend Linda loved it & always wanted to stay in pensacola another day. The thing I was too afraid to admit to myself was that deep down, I hated it. I didn’t like the feeling I felt in the air, it felt like fear to me. Like the whole thing was fear-driven. Christina mentioned before in a post or comment about how when she got the “Holy Spirit” it felt kind of “creepy,” but she tried to make herself not feel that way, & looking back, that’s exactly how I felt there. I secretly dreaded it, but felt guilty about dreading it. And I always had these big expectations that THIS time, the “touch” would “take,” and I’d actually start “walking in victory” in my life, but it never happened. But I blamed myself, not the presence there, so I just felt worse and worse over the years.
This is another example of what I’ve been mentioning about the altar calls in some types of Charismatic services. They use fear, make you feel like if you don’t go down, you’re denying Christ or something.

In ’97 the Brownsville Revival came to the Civic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. After the service, the “ministering” would start, meaning everybody got in the prayer lines so they could get hands laid on them and fall out. That was the whole point of GOING. Of course, the line of people wanting to get prayed over by Steve Hill, the evangelist, was the longest. His line was specifically for people who needed healing. Well, it was more like a mob than a line. You just had to kind of press through and hope you got to him. It was like, his prayer or “impartation” would work better than that of the other ministers b/c he was so “anointed.” If he prayed for you, you had to get healed, right?
When I managed to get up to him, he asked me what I needed healing for. I told him I had severe depression and suicidal thoughts a lot. This was before I’d been diagnosed as bipolar. I thought he’d say something like, “In the name of Jesus be healed,” but instead he said something to the effect that my problems weren’t that bad, repeated the story he’d said a million times in his messages about how his mom had been raped, and he was a product of that, but that she never felt sorry for herself, etc., etc. He basically just acted like I was being a crybaby for no reason, & told me I didn’t have any real problems, despite not knowing me, or knowing anything about the organic state of my brain. The way he came at me with it, I just felt he was being kind of condescending, like sort of scolding me, like you would a spoiled brat who complains about something minor. He didn’t even say be healed, when he was done talking, he just put his hand on my head so i could fall out and moved on.
I kind of resented it. I felt judged and embarrassed. If I had needed healing for something like diabetes, an organic disorder, he’d have said “be healed,” but despite the fact that bipolarity is ALSO an organic disorder similar to epilepsy, this man who knew nothing about me just sized me up within the first 10 seconds of meeting me and just told me my problem didn’t exist, like i had a character weakness. Looking back, I’m like, “For all he knew, I could have just gotten out of the hospital from being gang-raped and beaten half-to-death. Just what was he picturing, not knowing me from Adam’s housecat?”
yeah…. he is an a**hole. Glad to be out of that cult.

Speaking in tongues was one of Gods gifts to his people to help spread his message among His people. One the Day of Pentecost, in one local community there were 17 different languages spoken. They ALL heard the gospel in their own language. <a href=”“>
I believe that tongues have ceased. The reason I believe that all tongues spoken today is a counterfeit is based on simple logic and basic commonsense. I found that as I conducted research for the book “the fake Jesus,” tongues actually DID cease as Paul told the Corinthians that they would. History reveals that tongues ceased for 19 centuries.
Think about it. No Christian needed or ever heard of “a prayer language” for 1900 years!!!!!.
Why did tongues cease?
Well, because its purpose had been fulfilled.
Here is a quote from the Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us.
“God Himself brought forth many languages to hinder the building of the tower of Babel. In Genesis 11, we read that because of the people’s rebellion, God confused the language of all the earth so that the people would not be able to understand each other’s speech, How ironic and counter-rebellious on the part of Maitreya. As Satan’s representative of endtimes, Maitreya plans to do just the opposite in Mystery Babylon, which includes the organized church. Maitreya’s goal is to cause all who speak in different tongues to hear him in ONE tongue. This is a complete reversal of God’s actions to hinder the tower of Babel. This is blasphemy to the nth degree. Anyone who does not close the door to self-induced passivity is at risk of becoming reprobate.”
In the Fake Jesus, the connection of the speaking in tongues movement to Satan’s endtime agenda is exposed.

It was this video clip that birthed the book “The Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us. I’m not sure, but I suspect the year was 2006. I had recently heard a voice say to me that the entire organized church was akin to a condemned. boarded up dwelling and that the Holy Ghost had vacated it. As a pastor for 25 years at the time, I wa truly s hoping that the message I had received ws not from God. So I decided to take a year and do some research. As I was about to begin by studying church history, when I watched this particular video.
At that point, I had never heard of Dr. Cindy Trimm so I watched the video without any preconceived perceptions of her ministry.
When the clip reached the 2 minute and 42 second point, my book “the Fake Jesus” was conceived, for it was at that exact moment that I heard Dr. Trimm “declare,” I THANK YOU FATHER THAT THE SPIRIT OF THE ASHTAR HAS FALLEN UPON THE PEOPLE at the people were falling slain in the spirit like ocean waves across the entire building where the congregation was assembled.
Astar? That sounded familiar. I first went to my bible and found Ashtoreth, an old testament idol. Once I googled the name “Astar,” Google corrected my spelling to ASHTAR. Beyond a doubt, I was in a state of shock. For the door to aliens, ascended masters, and fallen angels imitating our Lord flung wide open. All because of the 2:42 slide of this video.

THE ALTERED STATE IS A HYPNOTIC TRANCE
Among my faithful Facebook friends is a cadre of serious believers who
continually share YouTube video clips, blogtalkradio programs, and various
articles that dramatically portray how the enemy has infiltrated the Christian
community with a variety of occult, even blasphemous doctrines and practices.
To name but a few, the list is long: the Joel’s Army movement is at the top of
the list because it encompasses It ALL!!
Then there is yoga, the kundalini spirit, TM, people running around the church looking like they are literally on fire, alien encounters, astral travel, slain in the spirit, the laughter and dancing movements, (I refuse to call them ‘holy’), tongue prayer
languages,—the list seems almost endless. In fact, even charismatic
sermonizing has caused people to become hysterical, breaking loose in church aisles, appearing to have lost their minds.
Yet, there are even stranger things going on that are a lot less public. As
an example, in my Christian telephone counseling practice of 10 years, I have
come in contact with Christians from around the world who are
constantly “hearing voices” yet they are not mentally ill. In 10 years, I have
been in contact with lots of churchgoers. Among them are people who thought that they were saved, but after careful consideration, they ultimately admitted that they were not—yet—they had spoken in tongues and had often submitted themselves to falling slain in the spirit in various charismatic churches.
Ministers laid hands on many of them to receive what is colloquially known as “an impartation.” When they began to be tormented in one way or the other, most of them sought help from deliverance ministries, yet their condition worsened. In fact, 75% of my Christian client contacts were hearing voices when they telephoned me for help—all of them were active and faithful church members. Some of them I could help, some of them, I could not, for one reason or another.
One thing that all of these strange happenings have in common is the altered
state of consciousness, better known as “the trance.” With that ONE
common denominator, I decided to “investigate” by examining a plethora
of occult websites, to see what devils and demons were openly revealing to
their faithful followers. In other words, “I spied out the land.” I figured
that even though Satan and his troops lie to their followers, they might reveal
something to them that they persevere to hide from true followers of Jesus
Christ of Nazareth. Believe me, it was a disgusting and dangerous assignment , so I do not recommend others do what I did. The blasphemy against the Lord is horrendous and those who are weak in faith might be victimized, even indoctrinated.
What I learned on the occult websites is that the Anti-Christ is going to
attempt to pull a global stunt where EVERYONE hears the voice of a stranger, saying the exact same thing at the exact same time. In this way, the son of perdition intends to prove “that he is God” because he will appear to be both omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent–manifesting the qualities of God Almighty. However, the only ones who will be able to hear his voice, will be those who have been opened to “the trance.”
Fallen angels stand by, patiently watching and waiting for their churchgoing prey to allow themselves to be induced into an altered state of consciousness by “any means necessary.” One they spot an opening, the religious angels seize the opportunity. The most classic example is that of Alice Bailey, the infamous founder of present day occultism. A churchgoing woman, Bailey is actually the founder of what is known today as “the occult.” Most startling is that Alice Bailey began as a Sunday School Teacher in a Presbyterian church.

Posted altered states ASC, ascended masters, Ashtar, Cindy Trimm, endtimes, Maitreya, Mother Ships, Oprah Winfrey
inWHAT IS AN ASCENDED MASTER?
It was not until the year 2006 that I had even heard the term ascended masters. I had been watching a video clip of Cindy Trimm. I did not know very much about her ministry, only that she was a friend of Juanita Bynum. So to learn what she was all about, I visited her website. The first thing I discovered was that she had a teacher’s ministry which strongly emphasized angels. My eyebrow raised.
Then I opened up another video clip and I was stunned, to say the least, as I watched hundreds of congregants simultaneously fall on top of each other, slain in the spirit like waves across the entire building. I paid attention to Trimm’s words at the moment that hundreds feel. She proclaimed, “I thank you Father, that the spirit of the Ashtar has fallen upon the people.”
Troubled by the name “Ashtar,” I searched the scriptures and found the name of an old testament idol called “Ashteroth.” Once led to pursue additional research, I googled “Ashtar.” Shocked that a Christian evangelist would call on Ashtar in a prayer “to Father,” moments before almost the entire congregation was on the floor in a stupor, a google search opened he door to a plethora of occult websites dedicated to uplifting the teachings of cosmic beings that are referred to as “ascended” masters.
I found that there are at least 50 ascended masters, perhaps even more. Fifteen of them are ranked as primary players–fallen angels who first claimed to be aliens, sent to earth to prepare for the advent of a one world religion and to pave the way for the rule of the Anti-Christ. Within my book, “the Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us,” I present a detailed study of the top 5: Ashtar, Jesus Sananda Immanuel, Mother Mary, St. Germain and Maitreya.
As the leader, Maitreya holds the title of “Master of Masters.”
Through my research, I found that ET’s, aka aliens is who Ashtar first said that he was. Ashtar made his first appearance to a human being of our generation in the early 50’s —a military man, Col George Van Tassel, to warn this country about the misuse of atomic energy. Eventually, Ashtar began to call himself “an ascended master.”
In “the Fake Jesus,” to figure out what these fallen angels are after, I searched for what they have been telling their occult followers. Ashtar promises them that he and his command are prepared to evacuate and relocate our entire earth’s population to various “Mother Ships” in the heavens. I happen to wonder where was Ashtar when all but 8 of the world’s inhabitants went down in the flood.
In the last few years, Ashtar has received worldwide support from international celebrity and talk show hostess Oprah Winfrey as she supports and even teaches from the occult book called “A New Earth.”The sheer magnitude surrounding the fact that Oprah is a teacher and a disciple of the author of this book speaks volumes.
It seems that the enemy is planning a fake rapture.

My Personal Testimony: How I Entered the Occult
By Pam Sheppard
The year was 1974 and I was an atheist. I was so earthly that I seemed to be of no spiritual good. Very practical, very much the cynic. I first opened up my spirit when I began to study and practice relaxation therapy and hynosis. To my surprise, I entered into an altered state of consciousness rather easily, for someone who was as skeptical as myself. Amost immediately, I was bombarded by spiritual experiences of various kinds. I believe that the ASC opened the veil to my latent psychic powers. From 1974-77, I documented in a diary about 3000 dreams, most were clairvoyant in nature. Sometimes I dreamed, remembered and documented as many as 10 dreams a night, some of which came to pass the very next day.
From hypnosis and dreams, I began to study astrology into the wee hours of the night. Consumed by what I believed to be cosmic or planetary predictors of the course of human life, I initiated a study of the astrology charts of the deceased. I targeted people who died sudden, even violent deaths. In one particular case of a young man name Frank, I needed to know his exact birthdate and date of death so I went to the graveyard where he was buried and jotted it down from the tombstone in order to constuct astrology charts for my study.
Later that same night, as I marvelled over the charts, Henry, a friend of Franks who was assisting me with information about his deceased pal, suggested that I try to contact Frank myslef in a seance. I laughed and laughed. I did not believe in such nonsense. However, that very night, I held my first and only seance in the summer of 1974, never expecting that I woul enter into a supernatural realm of which I was totally unaware and ill prepared to contend with.
As six people–three children and three adults, 3 male and 3 female–gathered around my friend’s dining room table in the dark, we began by making fun and nervously giggling. We thought we were playing just another parlor game. As we settled down and got quiet, to my amazement, when I raised my head and focused my eyes toward the center of the room, a spirit materialized directly in front of my face!
The being manifested in the form of a huge head of a man, at least 3 times larger than the size of a normal human head. Its substance or essence looked like a very thick cloud or a dark room filled with thick cigarette smoke. However, the “smoke” or “cloud” formed itself into a perfect shape of a man’s head, with a U shaped hairline, sideburns, a mustach and full beard, wearing an old fashioned ascot in his neck. While doing research for my 4th book, “The Fake Jesus: Fallen Angels Among Us,” I found a picture of the being that strongly resembles the “smoked head.” The ascended master who calls himself “St. Germain. More on him later.
The room had been darkened by pulling the socket out of the walls while the lamps had been lit and on. The “head” could not be seen in a lit room. I inserted the plug in the socket and then removed it about three times. While the room was dark, the “head remained. The third time that I darkened the room, the “head” disappeared suddenly. POOF!
At first I was not afraid, only excited and amazed that my entire world of skepticism and unbelief of supernatural things had just been turned upside down. As I lay in my bed in the dark that night, I began to experience a sense of apprehension. Finally I drifted into sleep, only to have an ominous “sleep paralysis” experience which folk from the deep south call “the haints.” I felt like I was choking. A heaviness came on me where I woke up thinking that my young daughter was sleeping on top of me. I patted my body and the bed to see who it was that was smothering me. I tried to call for help. However, I had no voice–not even a whisper. I was so afraid at this point that I fainted. While I was out cold I thought I heard from Frank. A voice said “Leave me Alone!”
TO BE CONTINUED!
To my readers, I was deep into the occult for three years, when the Lord snatched me out of it and caused me to become born again on March 29, 1977. Nevertheless, my occult background was so compatible to word of faith, charismatic teachings and practices, that a I transitioned into them quite easily. For example, I had healing powers as a psychic. I simply transitioned those powers, believing that they were from the Holy Ghost. My powers were very much like that of Todd Bentley.
If you have had any background in the occult, just know that once you get saved, the devil does not give up on you. He will use your psychic powers to imitate the gifts of the Holy Ghost. If you need additional understanding, contact me in this post or send me a message at www.facebook.com/pamela.sheppard911
I share my testimony in “Come Out of Her, God’s People.” To know more about St. Germaine and other ascended masters, I recommend “the Fake Jesus” and “the New Idolatry.”

their faithful followers.
What I learned on the occult websites is that the Anti-Christ is going to attempt to pull a global stunt where EVERYONE hears the voice of a stranger, saying the exact same thing at the exact same time. In this way, the son of perdition intends to prove “that he is God” because he will appear to be both omniscient, omnipresent and omnipotent–manifesting the qualities of God Almighty. However, the only ones who will be able to hear his voice, will be those who have been opened to “the trance.”
I refuse to even hear “the voice of a stranger.”

How Religious Demons Enter the Pulpit by Pam Sheppard
I was a preacher for almost 3 decades. I preached an average of one sermon a week for 20 years, with 8 of those years preaching 3 sermons a week. On one occasion in the pulpit, I felt a strange power come upon me where it seemed I was “not myself.” I was in a rather strong altered state of consciousness. I thought is was an extra powerful anointing of the Holy Ghost. IT WAS NOT!!!
I thought that I was under the inspiration of the Holy Ghost. It took about 25 years for me to find out that in those early and strange days, I was under the “anointing” of the religious demon assigned to me. I thank God that when I DID enter the pulpit to preach and pastor, it was only ONE time in at least 2 thousand sermons that same strange power came upon me. I have since discovered that it is a demonic power, in no way, the Holy Ghost.
Oh yes! Religious demons enjoy preaching.
I came out of a denomination where men who were adulterers, fornicators, perverts, closet homosexuals could preach so hard, that they could affect even me, in spite of what I knew about the intimate, sometimes secret details of their lives. At least 10 times a year, 50 ministers gathered at various regional church functions and a handful would preach at these gatherings.
When they were preaching, I harnessed down my soul from being overpowered, but there were times when I could not. Their power was too strong. I often wondered about it over the years. How could these corrupt men overtake my soul with one of their sermons in spite of my resistance to it? Could this be God? Would God use such sinful creatures to preach HIS WORD???!!!
It took two decades or more to find out the answer to that question. The answer is NO!!!! The Holy Ghost does not anoint such preachers but the devil DOES!!!. It is called communal intoxication by the founder of sociology, Max Weber.
Communal intoxication is defined by Weber as the supernormal ability of magicians, wizards, witches and charismatic religious leaders. With the god concept at its center, they induce an altered state of consciousness in their followers as demonstrated by the congregation’s manifestation of convulsions, trembling, and intense effusions of excitement and ecstasy. (Come Out of Her God’s People, pg 190)
Weber points out that that communal intoxication has a contagious effect where it can spread throughout an audience or congregation of people, infecting those assembled with sensations of enhanced emotionalism and vitality. This definition explains the so-called holy dance, holy rollers, holy laughter, running around the church building, perhaps even tongues and slain in the spirit phenomena.
This power was manifested in my presence for 25 years among denominational African-American preachers. Keep in mind that Weber’s studies were predominately tribal communities on other continents, including Africa and Asia. Weber’s findings suggest that the altered state appeal has a significant connection to today’s charismatic leaders’ ability to cause large numbers of people to believe that they have been released from bondage and that they have “heard from God.”
As a result, what has been happening in church is that demons have been using corrupt ministers to preach. I would say that is reason enough to “COME OUT OF HER, GOD’S PEOPLE.”
